North Lanarkshire Carers Together have launched a podcast by carers for carers.
Bringing unpaid carers and the people supporting them together, to talk about the issues most important to them. From sharing on the realities of life as an unpaid carer to calling for change and highlighting carers’ rights.
In the inaugural episode, Still Game’s Isa (actor Jane McCarry) shares her own experience as an unpaid carer. During a heartfelt discussion, Jane describes the difficulties faced by people caring for loved ones, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
